We are seeking compassionate and skilled LPC’s, LCSW’s, PhD/ PsyD's, and LMFT's to join our team. As an EMDR Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals change their lives using the innovative and evidence-based techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify symptoms and treatment goals.
Provide individual therapy sessions using EMDR therapy techniques to address clients' traumatic experiences and related symptoms.
Integrate or provide other evidence-based therapies as needed
Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in EMDR therapy through ongoing professional development and training.
Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of NJ.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in professional practice.
